Please click the link to fill out the application form. This form is sent directly to Love In Action when submitted.

A Love In Action employee will contact you to schedule an appointment. You will meet with a Love In Action employee at this appointment and will be provided with information and additional resources.

An assessment team at Love In Action will review the applications of those seeking support and provide a recommendation to the RAMI Foundation board.

If the application is approved, Love In Action will notify the employee.

The RAMI Foundation will issue payment directly to the 3rd party. This includes utility company, medical provider, landlord, funeral home, etc.
*Applicants and their information will only be shared with the RAMI Foundation board members
The staff at Love In Action will take the time to listen, examine current hardships, assess financial issues, and offer any further resources to help.
The RAMI Foundation is a 501(c)3 public charity and RAMI is the main contributing source. Employees do have the opportunity to donate if they wish. Click for more information and for the donation form.
